Your body still needs it (the carbohydrate) as the main energy source. You can consume some healthy carbohydrate sources such as the red rice, cereal, and oatmeal. Those carbohydrate sources are even providing the more complete nutrition than the common white rice.

It is also a great idea to insert the high protein foods into your diet to help to maintain and prevent your muscle mass, repair the metabolism and your body function. The high protein and fiber diet is a really comfortable way to make you feel full at a longer time and it is also effective to decrease your weight. You can add the weight training and cardio in the middle of your routine to maximize the fat burner and increase the speed of your body metabolism.
